Yes, SJ! The numbers this season have been…disappointing for nearly everyone. I’m late to this game and this is only my second full season of BL, so maybe I’m jaded from last season?
It really seems like some of them understand what an opportunity this is, others, half-assed effort at best
I do like the way Jillian stresses dealing with the issues that made you fat in the first place but it would be so hard to do that on camera for me

That mushroom chicken burger thingy looks good..yum
We have been using a lot of ground turkey at home over the last two weeks.
I wish I liked mushrooms, those burgers look good.
That burger looks amazing. I never would have thought about using portobello mushrooms to replace a bun. So smart! And the tip about making your own broth/stock is a good one too. Way to go Curtis Stone — looks, hot accent and good cooking tips!
If I get ground meat, it’s alway ground turkey ever since I found out they ground the chicken with the skin. Turkey is definitely the better option.
